Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the timeframe requested may result in suspension of withdrawal privileges or account closure.
Each player is permitted to hold only one registered account on the ha77 Platform. If ha77 determines that a player holds more than one account, whether directly or through a third party, ha77 reserves the right to close all duplicate accounts, void any associated bonuses, and withhold any winnings derived from duplicate account activity. Players who believe they have accidentally created a duplicate account should contact ha77 support immediately.

Any activity conducted through your account while your credentials are in use will be deemed to have been authorised by you, unless you have previously notified ha77 of unauthorised access.
If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify ha77 support immediately by emailing [email protected]. ha77 recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) on your account for additional security. ha77 shall not be liable for losses resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your login credentials.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the ha77 Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant authorities:
ha77 reserves the right to investigate any suspected prohibited conduct and to take such action as it deems appropriate, including account suspension, balance forfeiture, and reporting to law enforcement or regulatory authorities.
ha77 offers various bonuses and promotions to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions published alongside each offer, including wagering requirements, minimum deposit thresholds, eligible games, and expiry dates. In the event of any conflict between a specific promotion's terms and these general Terms, the specific promotion terms shall prevail.
Bonus funds credited to your ha77 account are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier will be stated clearly in the promotion terms. Until wagering requirements are met, bonus funds and any winnings derived from them are non-withdrawable. ha77 reserves the right to void bonus funds and associated winnings if it determines that a player has attempted to abuse the bonus system.
The ha77 Rewards programme allows players to accumulate points on eligible wagers. Points may be redeemed for credits, free spins, or other benefits as described in the Rewards programme terms. ha77 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Rewards programme at any time with reasonable notice to players.
ha77 actively monitors for bonus abuse, including but not limited to low-risk betting strategies designed to clear wagering requirements without genuine gameplay risk. If ha77 determines that a player has engaged in bonus abuse, it reserves the right to void the relevant bonus and any associated winnings, and to restrict future bonus eligibility.
ha77 accepts deposits via GCash, PayMaya, BDO, BPI, and Metrobank. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. Deposits are generally credited to your ha77 account instantly upon confirmation from the payment provider. ha77 does not charge fees on deposits; however, your payment provider may apply its own transaction fees.
Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification (KYC) as described in Section 3.2. Verified accounts may submit withdrawal requests at any time. Standard withdrawal processing time is up to 24 hours from the time of request approval. VIP members may be eligible for expedited same-day processing. The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200. ha77 reserves the right to request additional verification documents before processing any withdrawal.
Withdrawals will generally be processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit. ha77 reserves the right to require that withdrawals be made to a verified account in the player's own name. Third-party payments are not permitted.
All transactions on the ha77 Platform are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). Currency conversion fees, if applicable, are the sole responsibility of the player.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes.
You must not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any ha77 content without the prior written consent of ha77. Unauthorised use of ha77 intellectual property may result in account termination and legal action.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ha77 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or service interruption.
ha77's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your ha77 account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude ha77's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Philippine law.
ha77 collects, processes, and stores your personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is available at ha77.app/privacy-policy. By registering an account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. ha77 will not sell your personal data to third parties. Data is shared only with service providers necessary for the operation of the Platform, including payment processors and identity verification providers, and only to the extent required for those purposes.
ha77 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, ha77 will provide reasonable notice to registered players via email or an in-platform notification prior to the changes taking effect. Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the ha77 Platform shall first be referred to ha77's customer support team for informal resolution. If the dispute cannot be resolved informally within 30 days, it shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.
ha77 operates in compliance with applicable Philippine gaming regulations. Players who believe that ha77 has acted in breach of its regulatory obligations may refer their complaint to the relevant regulatory authority.
